摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of massage manipulation for coordinating Ren and Du meridians combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 92patients with LDH ad-mitted to the hospital from February 2021to February 2022were selected,and divided them into 2groups by random number table method with 46patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and those in the observa-tion group were given massage manipulation for coordinating Ren and Du meridians combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on this basis.The overall curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,lumbar function score,and maximal muscle strength of lumbar anti-flexion and retroextension were compared between the groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the maximal muscle strength of lumbar antiflexion and retroextension in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Massage manipula-tion for coordinating Ren and Du meridians combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of patients with LDH.It can significantly relieve pain and improve lumbar function in the patients,which is conducive to early recovery.关键词
