益气通络、健脾补肾法联合穴位贴敷治疗慢阻肺稳定期的临床疗效分析
Analysis of clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo and Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo and Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with acupoint application on stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:180patients with stable COPD were selected from our hospital from January 2022to September 2023.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into acupoint application group,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and combined treatment group,with 60cases in each group.The acupoint application group was given western medicine treatment+acupoint application,the traditional Chinese medi-cine treatment group was given western medicine treatment+Yiqi Tongluo and Jianpi Bushen decoction,and the combined treat-ment group was treated with western medicine treatment+acupoint application+Yiqi Tongluo and Jianpi Bushen decoction.TCM syndromes scores,pulmonary function[forced vital capacity as a percentage of predicted value(FVC％pred),FEV1/FVC,car-bon monoxide dispersion as a percentage of predicted value(DLCO％pred)],inflammatory indicators[interleukin(IL)-8,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,C-reactive protein(CRP)],cardiovascular systolic-diastolic function factors[endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO)]and quality of life(BODE score system)were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores,serum inflammatory indicators,ET,mMRC grading and BODE index were significantly decreased in the three groups,and the above indicators in combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in acu-point application group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function in-dicators,serum NO level,forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1％pred)and 6WMT were significantly increased in the three groups,and the above indicators were significantly higher in combined treatment group than the other two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Tongluo and Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with acupoint ap-plication can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the inflammatory response,enhance the pulmonary function and improve the prognosis and quality of life in patients with stable COPD.关键词
