黄河流域数字经济发展水平评价及时空演变分析
Evaluation of the Level of Digital Economy Development and Its Spatial-Temporal Evolution Analysis in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
In order to better play the role of digital economy to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,the article constructed an evaluation index system of digital economy development level in the Yellow River Basin from four dimensions of digital econo-my infrastructure,digital economy development environment,digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and based on the relevant data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2016 to 2020,adopted entropy-weight TOPSIS method,natural break classification method and Moran index to explore the level of digital economy development,spatial and temporal characteristics and spatial correlation in the Yellow River Basin.It is found that:in general,the level of digital economy development in the Yellow River Basin is lower,but it is on an upward trend,and there is an obvious spatial correlation.The comprehensive ranking of digital economy development level of each prov-ince is relatively stable,but there are regional differences,and the overall characteristics of decreasing from east to west.Based on the above analysis,specific countermeasures are proposed to increase the support for the weaker developing provinces,strengthen the infrastructure construction,optimize the digital economy development environment,and accelerate the development of digital industrialization,so as to pro-mote the high-quality development of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
