止血组方加减治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果及对性激素水平的影响
Effect of modified hemostatic formula on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its influence on sex hor-mone level

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of modified hemostatic formula on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB)and its influence on sex hormone level.Methods:150patients with DUB from September 2021to September 2022were se-lected for the study,and 75patients were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with Ma-fulong,and the observation group was treated with hemostatic group.After treatment for 3menstrual cycles,compare the curative effect of the two groups,record the changes of menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin and sex hormone[estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels before and after treatment,and count the adverse reactions of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33％)was higher than that of the control group(77.33,P＜0.05);after treatment,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,while the hemoglobin increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the level of E2and P in the two groups increased,and the level of FSH and LH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of FSH and LH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00％,significantly lower than that in the control group(17.33％,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The modified hemostatic formula has an ideal effect on the treatment of DUB,can effectively regulate the level of sex hormone,accelerate the optimization of the condition,and has a high drug safety,which can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
