海绵动物防污活性天然产物研究进展
Research Progress of Antifouling Active Natural Products from Marine Sponges
摘要
Abstract
Marine biofouling has brought many adverse effects on marine eco-environment and human engagement in marine activities.Spraying antifouling coatings on the surface of marine facilities is one of the most commonly used methods.However,as traditional antifouling agents pose certain risks to marine ecology,it is an urgent need to develop en-vironmentally friendly antifouling coatings.Sponge animals are an important source of marine natural products with rich biological activity.This article reviewed the research progress of natural products with antifouling activity from sponge ani-mals.Based on their chemical structures,the aforementioned products were summarized as terpenes,alkaloids,sterols and peptides.In addition,the species of sponge animals that have been extensively studied for antifouling activity were summa-rized,and the problems encountered at the present stage and the development prospects of natural antifouling products in the future were analyzed.关键词
