摘要
Abstract
According to the work characteristics of on-site inspection of existing construction in China,the risk factors for site detection were summarized into four aspects:environmental factor,technical fac-tor,personnel factor and management factor.By using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk model of existing building site inspection was established,and the overall risk model score was calculated.According to the evaluation results of the risk model,the risk response strategy of the existing building site inspection was proposed,which provides reference for the risk management of the existing building site inspection.关键词
