Abstract
Concrete prepared from waste concrete and waste clay bricks as recycled aggregate was taken as the research object,and the effects of recycled aggregate compounding ratio,water-cement ratio,and curing temperature on the strength of concrete were systematically analyzed.The study systematically ana-lyzes the influence of the proportion of recycled aggregate,water-cement ratio,and curing temperature on the strength of the concrete.The experimental results indicate that the early strength of the recycled con-crete is higher when the mixing ratio of waste concrete and waste clay bricks is 6 ∶ 4.The optimized wa-ter-cement ratio effectively enhances the bond between cement and aggregate,promoting the development of compressive strength of the recycled aggregate concrete.The curing temperature significantly affects the early strength of recycled concrete,and a curing temperature of 50~55℃is beneficial to achieving early strength,although the promoting effect of temperature gradually weakens with increasing curing time.Fi-nally,the influence mechanism of curing temperature on the early strength of mixed recycled aggregate concrete is analyzed through SEM microscopic test.This study provides theoretical support for the mixed recycling utilization of waste concrete and waste clay bricks.关键词
