Research progress of spatial transcriptomics and its applications in bone research
摘要
Abstract
The structural and functional heterogeneity of cells in bone tissue is closely related to their spatial location.Spatial transcriptomics can simultaneously obtain location information and transcriptome changes of spatial units within tissues.In recent years,the rapid development of spatial transcriptomics has enabled high-resolution and high-throughput transcriptome analysis of tissues and organs,and has been continuously applied in the study of the skeletal system.This article reviews the progress of spatial transcriptomics and its applications in bone research.关键词
