Synthesis of Seven-membered Ring Compound from Conjugate Ynone by Cascade Reaction
摘要
Abstract
Cascade annulation enables the rapid and efficient construction of complex structural chemicals,thus greatly improving the atomic economy and reducing the by-procuct from multi-chemical processes.The structure of the seven-membered ring is mostly found in drug molecules or natural products,which still pose a challenge in synthesis.Con-jugated ynone has high reactivity and a variety of reaction modes due to its special structure.The methods of conjugated acetylenic ketones—ones that were adopted during the period from 2019 to 2023—for the efficient construction of ben-zoxaheptadecane,benzazepine heptadecane,heptadecanol and cycloheptadecanone skeletons via tandem cycloaddition reac-tions catalyzed by a variety of bases,phosphine reagents,gold chloride catalysts,and oxidizing agents were reviewed to pro-vide an important reference to explore the reactivity of acetylenic ketones and to construct the seven-membered ring struc-tures.关键词
