从玄府理论探讨开玄法治疗不孕症合并焦虑的研究进展
Research Progress on the Treatment of Infertility Complicated with Anxiety by Kaixuan Method from the Perspec-tive of Xuanfu Theory
摘要
Abstract
Starting from the Xuanfu theory,this article believes that liver depression,spleen deficiency,and kidney defi-ciency are all important causes of infertility combined with anxiety in patients.Liver depression,spleen deficiency,and kidney deficiency,on the other hand,exacerbate Xuanfu obstruction,loss of nourishment of the uterus,imbalance of the Chong Ren me-ridians,induce infertility,and long-term anxiety that damages the heart and mind are the key pathogenesis of this disease.By summarizing the methods of soothing the liver and opening up the mysteries,strengthening the spleen and opening up the myster-ies,tonifying the kidney and opening up the mysteries,and calming the heart and mind,we aim to provide insights for clinical treatment.At the same time,the principle of sequential therapy with Kaixuan method in different menstrual cycles was elaborated,providing a basis for better clinical treatment of this disease.关键词
