Preparation and visible light catalytic performance of Mo-g-C3N4
摘要
Abstract
Graphitic carbon nitride with different molybdenum doping concentrations were prepared by one-pot method with melamine and ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate as precursors.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),photoluminescence(PL)and scanning elec-tron microscope(SEM)were used to characterize the prepared catalysts.The characterization results showed that the carbon nitride photocatalysts doped with molybdenum had a graphite structure.The intro-duction of Mo extended the spectral response range of carbon nitride and reduced the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons and holes.The degradation tests of methylene blue under visible light showed that the photocatalytic activity of Mo-doped carbon nitride was higher than the pure carbon nitride.The reaction rate constant of the photocatalyst with a doping concentration of 0.7%was 1.4 times of the pure carbon nitride.In addition,we studied the influence factors of photocatalytic degradation performance of Mo-doped g-C3N4.关键词
