毛红从脾胃论治慢性功能性便秘经验
Mao Hong's Experience in Treating Chronic Functional Constipation from the Spleen and Stomach

Abstract
Summarize Professor Mao Hong's academic thinking and clinical experience in treating chronic functional consti-pation from the perspective of spleen and stomach.It is believed that this disease is mainly due to the deficiency and damage of healthy qi,often accompanied by many solid evils,and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.It is proposed that the spleen and stomach are weak,the Qi mechanism is stagnant,and the large intestine conduction is lost.On the basis of judging the syndrome and seeking the cause and distinguishing the primary and secondary of deficiency and excess,we should pay close atten-tion to the common pathogenesis.On the one hand,we should pay attention to the importance of the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach qi mechanism,and stress that the treatment of diseases must be based on the root;On the other hand,she advocated the treatment concept of"overcoming hardness with softness,eliminating symptoms and protecting the root".She paid attention to the combination of hardness and softness,attack and tonic,and created the empirical prescription Shenqi Runchang decoction.In the clinical treatment,we should take into account personality and regional characteristics,make good use of psychological guidance,know how to change,and flexibly use it.We should not generalize and attack blindly.This paper comprehensively expounds its theory of differentiation and treatment,in order to benefit the clinic and better highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
