Analysis of the Yin Syndrome Mechanism and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Refractory Depression
摘要
Abstract
Due to the deficiency of the human body's original qi,the ability to resist evil is weakened.If taken for a long time,it may lead to mistreatment,leading to the formation of yin syndrome.Refractory depression persists and is repeatedly af-fected by medicine for a long time,causing yin to rise and yang to decline,and evil to sink into the divine mechanism.This is in line with the evolution law of the yin syndrome pathogenesis in the Treatise on Cold Damage,which is characterized by the trans-formation of yang into yin,the entry of external factors into internal factors,the generation of cold from heat,and the transforma-tion of excess into deficiency.In response to the syndrome differentiation points of difficult to treat depression,such as the desire to relieve symptoms,yang deficiency and irritability,and true or false cold and heat,the treatment methods of warming and toni-fying,warming and latent,warming and clearing,and warming and dispersing are adopted.The principle of treating different dis-eases simultaneously is followed to guide the prescription and treatment of difficult to treat depression.关键词
