子宫肌瘤孕妇发生妊娠期肌瘤性疼痛综合征的影响因素及对妊娠结局影响
Risk factors for uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy of pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma and its influence on pregnancy outcomes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the risk factors for uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy of pregnant women with uterine fibroids and its influence on pregnancy outcomes. Methods A total of 395 pregnant women were divided into the case group of 74 cases and the control group of 321 cases according to whether uterine leiomyoma-as-sociated pain syndrome in pregnancy occurred or not.Univariate analysis and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors for uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy of pregnant wom-en with uterine fibroids, and additionally we compared the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups. Results Age was an influencing factor for the occurrence of uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy and for every one-year re-duction in age,the risk of uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy increased by 0.911 times. The rate of threatened preterm labor was higher(23.44%vs.8.39%)and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was lower(22.38%vs.35.69%)in the case group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Age is the influencing factor for uterine leiomyoma-associated pain syndrome in pregnancy, and the syndrome can increase the rate of threatened premature labor.关键词
