基于"血中伏热"探讨女子不孕诊治新思路
Exploration on the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility based on the theory of'latent heat in blood
摘要
Abstract
Tubal inflammatory infertility is one of the common types of female infertility,which deeply endangers women's physical and mental health and family relationships,and can be categorized as'infertility','sterility','childlessness'and'abdominal pain in women'in Chinese medicine.Xue Ji proposed in his book Annotation of The Complete Effective Prescrip-tions for Women·Seeking heir theory that'latent heat in the blood'can cause infertility.Therefore,based on this argument,we proposes that latent heat is hidden in the uterine vessels,waiting for an opportunity to occur.Pathological products such as wet-ness and blood stasis are produced and retained,causing damage and stagnation of the uterine vessels,leading to infertility.Therefore,we propose that the treatment should be based on new treatment ideas,such as clearing away latent heat,removing blood stasis,strengthening the body and repairing deficiency,regulating qi-blood,preventing before disease onset,controlling development of existing disease,to better guide clinical medication.关键词
