从"金郁泄之"论治溃疡性结肠炎
Treatment of ulcerative colitis from"stasis of metal should be adjusted"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"drainage for pulmonary depression"comes from"Huangdi Neijing","Jin"is the basic attribute of lung and intestine,"Yu"refers to the abnormal state of stagnation and blockage,so"Jin Yu"can be understood as the syn-drome of obstructing and obstructing of the viscera such as lung and large intestine."Xie Zhi"is a treatment method of the five elements belonging to the metal Zang-fu depression,and its specific meaning should be different with the pathological product and disease location of"Jin Yu".Ulcerative colitis is mostly caused by evil accumulation of intestinal fu-organs,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,intestinal conduction disorder,dampness,heat and blood stasis in the large intestine to form depression,change the nature of metal of the intestinal track.Its core pathogenesis is the internal dampness-heat,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which belongs to the category of"YinYu".Although the disease location in the large intestine,can affect the lung.Therefore,the treatment should comply with the law of"adjusted",mainly to remove the lung and intestinal depression,including clearing and catharsis of two methods,while tonifying the lung,spleen and kidney of the three viscera,in order to restore the function of the lung and intestine,to achieve the purpose of fuzheng and exorcism,and promote the healing of ulcerative colitis.关键词
