The diagnosis and treatment ideas of idiopathic membranous nephropathy Based on the theory of Collateral disease and the idea of Preventive Treatment
摘要
Abstract
The theory of meridian pathology takes the meridian system as its core concept,which refers to the functional im-pairment of the meridian system.By affecting the circulation of Qi,blood,body fluids,it then leads to the occurrence of diseases.It is closely related to idiopathic membranous nephropathy.The concept of"treating before getting sick"originated from the classi-cal theory of traditional Chinese medicine and is closely related to the development of diseases.This article starts from the theory of meridian pathology,discusses its relationship with the kidney and idiopathic membranous nephropathy,summarizes the theoret-ical basis for applying the theory of meridian pathology to the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and uses the con-cept of"treating before getting sick"to discuss the diagnostic and treatment methods of the three key stages of idiopathic membra-nous nephropathy,namely"prevention before getting sick,prevention of disease progression,and prevention of recurrence after recovery"in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
