Abstract
Breast cancer is a kind of high-risk malignant tumor,and obesity is one of its high-risk factors.Inflammation cancer transformation is an important mechanism for the occurrence and promotion of malignant tumors.Recently,scholars believe that adipocytes are deeply involved in the process of mammary inflammatory-cancer transformation,and the process is controlla-ble,which is an important target mechanism for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.In the past,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)mostly discussed the treatment of breast cancer from"hot-phlegm-stasis",but based on the early manifesta-tions of breast cancer and ancient records,Yang deficiency and Yin excess is also one of the important mechanisms of early breast cancer,which is the TCM pathogenesis of mammary inflammatory-cancer transformation.Therefore,this paper discusses the mechanism of TCM theory and obesity related inflammation cancer transformation from the perspective of'cold-phlegm-stasis'theory,Objective analysis of the clinical commonly used prescription Xiaoyao Loubei powder in the prevention of mammary inflam-matory-cancer transformation research direction and potential.In order to provide new ideas and research directions for clinical prevention and treatment of breast cancer.关键词
