Abstract
Skew Contracture disease refers to a type of disease characterized by facial paralysis and eye deviation."Qian Jin Fang"provides a detailed explanation of the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,prescription medication,and acupoint selection for Skew Contracture disease.This article analyzes the original text of"Qian Jin Fang"related to the treatment of Skew Contracture disease,and summarizes the characteristics of Sun Simiao's treatment of Skew Contracture disease based on different treatment methods,medication,and acupoint selection.Sun Simiao inherited the idea from"Ling Shu Jing Jin"that"If the ten-dons are diseased,they will be stiff in cold and loose in heat."He believed that the disease of Skew Contracture is caused by wind,cold,and dampness invading the tendons;visceral cold and wind damage;disharmony of Ying and Wei,leading to lack of nourishment of the tendons,which is caused by visceral cold,network deficiency,and evil stagnation,belonging to the evidence of deficiency in essence and excess in manifestation.The treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine formulas,supplemented by acupuncture and external application,holds significant reference value for the treatment of Skew Contracture disease in modern clinical practice.关键词
