《妇人大全良方》产后恶露不绝证治特点浅析
Discussion on the Characteristics of Furen Daquan Liangfang in Treating Postpartum Lochiorrhea

Abstract
Chen Ziming's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis and the characteristics of the medication is summa-rized in the paper by studying the treating principles and prescriptions of postpartum lochiorrhea in Furen Daquan Liangfang.Postpartum lochiorrhea is mostly related to Chong-Ren debility and Qi-blood imbalance caused by deficiency of Qi and blood,Yin deficiency with internal heat,cold coagulation and emotional disorder.Although both deficiency and stasis are included in its etiology and pathogenesis,stasis is more focused.Regarding the treatment,the simple statistical analysis turns out that Chen Zim-ing emphasizes on"promoting and tonifying treatment",which is a combination of dispersing blood stasis and tonifying deficien-cy.The properties of the drugs are warm and mild,and the tastes are mostly bitter,sweet or pungent.While taking it,it's usual-ly better to add wine to the decoction,which helps to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Besides,postpartum care is important,especially in diet,emotion,rest,sex,etc.Chen's experience has important clinical guiding significance in treating postpartum lochiorrhea in later ages.关键词
