基于PI3K/PKB信号通路变化探究清胰汤在急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤治疗中的应用价值及作用机制OACSTPCD

目的:基于磷脂酰肌醇3羟激酶(PI3K)/磷酸化蛋白激酶B(PKB)信号通路变化探究清胰汤在急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤治疗中的应用价值及作用机制.方法:选取2020年8月～2022年11月我院收治的98例急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各49例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药清胰汤治疗,均治疗2周,比较两组患者的临床疗效,肠胃恢复状况(发热、腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐及肠鸣音恢复时间),血氧指标[血氧分压(PaO2)、…查看全部>>
