法治乡村背景下集体土地征收的补偿与保障问题研究
Research on Compensation and Security of Collective Land Expropriation under the Background of Rural Rule Law
摘要
Abstract
The collection of rural collective land is an important means of China's urbanization construction and the protection of farmers'rights and interests.How to determine the scope of expropriation reasonably,compensate farmers fairly and reasonably,and effectively guarantee the long-term livelihood of farmers is an urgent legal problem.Starting from the connotation and value of the countryside under the rule of law,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current rural collective land expropriation,such as unclear expropriation standards,irregular expropriation procedures,unfair expropriation compensation,inadequate expropriation supervision,etc.,and discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the legal system of rural collective land expropriation.so as to provide legal support and guarantee for the construction of legal villages.关键词
