On the Party's Support for Judicial Justice

Abstract
The Party's support for the judiciary is an important aspect exemplifying the relationship between the Party(Communist Party of China)and the judiciary,which constitutes an important component of the Party's leadership over the judiciary as well as an important underpinning of the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics.At present,there has been an insufficient and incomplete understanding among judicial practitioners of the scientificity and importance of the proposition of"the Party's support for the judiciary"and what it entails.Meanwhile,there have been insufficient attention to and few studies on the theoretical innovation,institutional innovation and practical innovation of the proposition of"the Party's support for the judiciary"in the academia.Therefore,we need to deepen our understanding of the proposition of"the Party's support for the judiciary"and what it entails,ensure the Party's comprehensive leadership over judicial work,and strengthen the Party's support for judicial organs in terms of their enforcing duties in an independent and fair manner,reforming the judicial system,cultivating high-caliber judicial talents,et cetera.This is a major yet pressing task facing all stakeholders as it respects and conforms to the law of judicial justice,puts into practice Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,ensures fairness and justice in the whole society,and consolidates the foundation on which the Party rules.That said,we must fully understand the significance and particularity of the Party's support for the judiciary,consciously resist all kinds of lop-sided or one-sided understandings of the Party's leadership over the judiciary,and resolutely prevent wrong practices such as resorting to intervention instead of lending support.关键词
