养精种玉汤对薄型子宫内膜大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的影响
Effects of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction on TNF-α and IL-6 in rats with thin endometrium

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the regulatory effects of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction on inflammatory cyto-kines TNF-αand IL-6 in rats with thin endometrial model.Methods:Twenty-one female rats were divided into three groups,with 7 rats in each group.After three estrous cycles,the blank group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline gavage,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was given 1.68 g/kg Yangjing Zhongyu decoction(granules)gavage.Uterine wet weight and uterine organ coefficient were measured in each group.Hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the morphological changes of endometrial tissue in each group.The mRNA expressions of TNF-αand IL-6 were detected by RT-qPCR.Serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the blank group,the wet weight of uterus and the coefficient of uterine organs in the model group were decreased,the endometrium was significantly thinner,the number of glands was de-creased(P<0.001).The mRNA expressions of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The ex-pressions of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with model group,the wet weight of uterus and the coefficient of uterine organs in TCM group were increased,the endometrium was signifi-cantly thickened(P<0.05),the number of glands was increased(P<0.001).The mRNA expressions of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expressions of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Regulating the abnormal expression of inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-6 may be one of the mechanisms of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction in treating thin endometrial rats.关键词
