桑叶钩藤汤联合通督调神手法对儿童抽动障碍患儿免疫功能、神经功能的影响
The effect of combining Sangye Gouteng decoction with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation on immune and neurological functions in children with tourette disorder

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Sangye Gouteng decoction combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen ma-nipulation on immune function and neurological function of children with TIC disorder.Methods:85 children with tic disorder were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and a study group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation,while the study group was treated with Sangye Gouteng decoction combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen manipulation.The immune function,neurological function,Yale Tourette Severity Scale(YGTSS)score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score clin-ical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the scores of vocal tics,motor tics,degree of functional impairment,and tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups,while the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),im-munoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),motor and sensory scores increased.In addition,the scores of vo-cal tics,motor tics,degree of functional impairment,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with IgG,IgA,and IgM levels,exercise,and the sensory score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sangye Gouteng decoction and Tongdu Tiaoshen ma-nipulation can improve the immune function and neurological function of children with TIC disorder,promote their recovery and reduce their clinical symptoms,and the use effect is good.关键词
