草灵丹加减联合温经浴袋改善恶性肿瘤患者高凝状态临床观察
Clinical efficacy of modified Caoling pill combined with warming meridian bath bag on improving hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Caoling pill combined with warming meridian bath bag on improving hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumors.Methods:60 patients with malignant tumors in hypercoagulable state were divided into control group and trial group according to the randomized control method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enoxaparin sodium on the basis of conven-tional tumor treatment,and the trial group was treated with modified Caoling pill combined with warming meridian bath bag on the basis of the control group.TCM syndromes scores,coagulation indicators[platelet count(PLT),fi-brinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],venous thromboembolism(VTE)risk assessment and quality of life[Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS)]were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups during treatment.Results:After treatment,the coagulation indicators of PT and APTT and KPS score in the two groups were signifi-cantly enhanced compared to before treatment,and the above indicators in trial group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndromes scores,coagulation indicators of PLT,FIB and D-D,VTE risk score in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the indica-tors were significantly lower in trial group than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in trial group was 6.67%,which was not significantly different from 13.33%in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Caoling pill combined with warming meridian bath bag can alleviate the hypercoagulable state,improve the coagulation function and blood viscosity,relieve the cancer-related fatigue and reduce the risk of VTE in patients with malignant tumors,and it has positive significance for improving the quality of life.关键词
