基于大数据技术的皮带预警系统设计
Design of Belt Warning System Based on Big Data Technology
摘要
Abstract
As an important transportation equipment in concentrator,the performance of belt conveyor directly affects the production ef-ficiency and the cost of mineral processing.Previously,the staff needed on-site inspection to find abnormal failures of the belt conveyor,resulting in unavoidable system downtime.In this paper,the big data technology is used to summarize and analyze the belt current,and a set of intelligent belt early warning system is designed and developed,which can send out alarms timely,accurately and effectively,and realize the correction of the belt abnormal state in advance.The results show that after the early warning system is put into use,the average fault diagnosis time is shortened from 60 min to 5 min,the number of system shutdowns is reduced and the production efficien-cy of the concentrator is improved.关键词
