TP2铜管精整工序喷墨质量不良原因分析及改进措施初探
Cause Analysis and Preliminary Exploration of Improvement Measures for Poor Inkjet Quality of TP2 Copper Tube under Finishing Process

Abstract
In the finishing process of the precision copper tube,the inspection device of eddy current will send the signal to the inkjet device after detecting the damage point and mark the surface defects of the copper tube.However,this process generally suffers from poor inkjet quality,which seriously affects the judgment of defects and the quality of copper tube products.This article introduces the working principle of the defect detection instruments of eddy current in the TP2 copper tube production,investigates and analyzes the existing defect detection instruments of eddy current,inkjet devices,and the structure of the spray gun on the production line.Mean-while,it points out the ink leakage and dragging problems in inkjet production and explores the possibility of the plasma processing and laser etching technology as the alternative solutions to inkjet technology.The results of the literature research,the existing technology analysis,and other alternative experiments indicate that the use of plasma surface treatment technology to treat inked copper tubes can improve the problem of ink dragging to a certain extent.Using a laser with a power of 300 W to etch the surface of copper tubes,the la-ser head speeds of 80 mm/s and 200 mm/s show different effects on the etching of copper tube surfaces,both of which can effectively identify defects.Laser etching technology on copper tube surfaces can be a possible alternative to inkjet technology.关键词
