Measurement,Regional Difference Decomposition and Convergence Characteristics Analysis of Digital Village Construction Level

Abstract
Based on the balanced panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020,and on the basis of measuring the digital vil-lage construction level of each province,this paper firstly uses the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to analyze the regional differences and sources of the digital village construction level,then uses the α convergence coefficient and panel da-ta model to test the α convergence and β convergence characteristics,and finally uses the Moran's index to analyze the spatial agglomeration.The results go as follows:The overall Gini coefficient of the level of digital village construction in China has a U-shaped trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the regional difference level shows the characteristics of eastern>western>central.The analysis of regional differences shows that the difference between eastern and western regions is the largest,while the difference between central and western regions is the smallest.The overall national difference is mainly due to the re-gional differences.There is no α convergence in digital village construction at the national level,but there is absolute β conver-gence and conditional β convergence.Through the analysis of spatial agglomeration,it is found that the Moran's index in each year is significantly positive,indicating that there is an obvious positive spatial correlation of the level of digital village construc-tion in China,showing the phenomenon of"high-high"agglomeration and"low-low"agglomeration.关键词
