遮阴对桫椤幼苗的叶片性状及光合特性的影响
Effects of shading on leaf traits and photosynthetic characteristics of Alsophila spinulosa seedlings

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to explore the light requirements and light adaptation mechanisms of Alsophila spinulo-sa seedlings,in order to provide scientific basis for its understory planting management and landscaping application.[Methods]A.spinulosa seedlings were used as test materials,and experiments were carried out in a plastic film greenhouse with a shading intensity of 30%.The effects of different shading treatments CK,T1,T2,T3,and T4 with light intensity of 100%,60%,30%,10%,and 2%,respectively,on leaf traits,gas exchange parameters,light response curves,and photosynthetic pig-ments were studied.The growth and photosynthetic performance of A.spinulosa seedlings under different treatments were com-prehensively evaluated using principal component analysis and membership function.[Results]Different shading treatments had significant effects on leaf traits and photosynthetic characteristics of A.spinulosa seedlings.Under the T3 treatment,the num-ber of leaves,leaf length,leaf width,and free water/bound water ratio of A.spinulosa seedlings were significantly higher than those under other treatments.With the increase of shading intensity,the specific leaf area,free water content,Tr,Gs,chloro-phyll,and carotenoid content of A.spinulosa seedlings increased gradually,while the specific leaf mass and stomatal density showed an initial increase followed by a decrease trend,and the chlorophyll a/b ratio and bound water content showed a gradual decrease trend overall.Compared with CK treatment,Pn,WUE,Pnmax,LSP,and AQY of A.spinulosa seedlings under T3 treatment were the highest,while Rd,LCP,and Ci decreased to the lowest.According to the average value of subordinate function values,the comprehensive evaluation of different treatments was T3>T4>T2>T1>CK.[Conclusion]A.spinulosa seedlings have shade tolerance characteristics during the seedling stage and show positive adaptability under weak light environ-ment.Natural light poses strong light stress on A.spinulosa seedlings.When the light intensity is 10%of the greenhouse light intensity,the growth and photosynthesis of A.spinulosa seedlings are the most suitable and strongest.关键词
