摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The objective of this research was to explore the response of soil enzyme activities,soil nutrients,and the above-ground parts of tea plants to water and fertilizer regulation,and to reveal the changing patterns of soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients under water and fertilizer regulation,providing theoretical basis for basal fertilizer application and irrigation-water interaction in soil physicochemical properties and growth of young tea trees.[Method]Pot experiment method was adopt-ed with two factors:fertilizer application amount and irrigation amount.The fertilizer application amount was set at four levels:C0(0 kg·pot-1),C1(0.05 kg·pot-1),C2(0.1 kg·pot-1),and C3(0.15 kg·pot-1).The irrigation amount was set at five irrigation gradients:W1(90 mL·pot-1),W2(140 mL·pot-1),W3(190 mL·pot-1),W4(240 mL·pot-1),and W5(290 mL·pot-1).[Results](1)The soil sucrase activity is highest under C2W3 treatment,and the catalase activity is the highest under C3W4 treatment;soil nutrient content is the highest under C2W4 treatment in winter;in spring,the contents of available potassium and available phosphorus are the highest under C2 base fertilizer fertilization,and C3 base fertilizer fertilization The content of alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen and organic matter is the largest under.(2)Under the C3 treatment,available potassium and alka-line nitrogen had the greatest impact on sucrase and catalase activities in winter and spring;after the influence of available potas-sium,other nutrients jointly affected the activity of sucrose and catalase at different periods.(3)Combined with the above-ground growth indicators of tea trees,it was found that under C2 base fertilizer application treatment,the plant height and ground diameter growth were the largest,and the number of leaf branches increased the most under W4 irrigation.[Conclusion]With the end of the overwintering period,potassium element does not need supplementary fertilizer,while tea trees need nitro-gen and phosphorus supplementary fertilization due to their growth needs;Under the irrigation treatment of 240 mL·pot-1,the above ground growth indicators of tea tree reached the maximum.
