Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type.Methods 78 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into reference group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases).The reference group was treated with norethindrone tablets,and the study group was treated with Yishen Tiaojing Decoction combined with norethindrone tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles and followed up for 3 months after treatment.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels and recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the E2,LH and FSH levels after treatment and the recurrence rate during follow-up were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Yishen Tiaojing Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type,can significantly improve the sex hormone levels of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
