Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Qiangdu Formula in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)and the impact on inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of patients.Methods 74 AS patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with meloxicam and salazopyridine,and the observation group was treated Yishen Qiangdu Formula on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,inflammatory indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.30％,higher than 75.68％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Yishen Qiangdu Formula combined with western medicine has better clinical effect in the treatment of AS patients,which can accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms of patients,improve body inflammatory responses,and reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
