Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 160 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the enrollment order.The control group was treated with Xiaochaihu granules,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.25％,significantly higher than 83.75％in the control group(P＜0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the two groups decreased,the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaochaihu granules can improve the treatment effect of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,shorten the symptom disappearance time,and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.关键词
