Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of bracketless invisible orthodontic technique in orthodontic treatment.Methods 120 patients with orthodontic treatment from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with traditional fixed orthodontic technique,and the study group was treated with bracketless invisible orthodontic technique.The correction effect,tooth aesthetics and oral function were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of correction in the study group was 96.67％,significantly higher than 78.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After correction,the scores of tooth appearance and tooth uniformity in the two groups increased,and the scores of tooth appearance and tooth uniformity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After correction,the bite force of the two groups increased,and the bite force of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Bracketless invisible orthodontic technique in orthodontic treatment can significantly improve the correction effect,tooth aesthetics and oral function of patients.关键词
