Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and cold snare polypectomy(CSP)in the treatment of patients with colon polyps.Methods 78 cases of patients with colon polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with EMR,and the observation group was treated with CSP.The polypectomy effect,surgical related indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the total effective rate of polypectomy between the two groups(P＞0.05).The polypectomy time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the VAS score and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions EMR and CSP has similar results effect in the treatment of colon polyps,but CSP requires shorter time,less postoperative pain,fewer complications,faster recovery,and higher application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
