Constructing Scientific Research Innovation Platform System
摘要
Abstract
The scientific research innovation platforms,which in accordance with their respective missions and tasks,have carried out a series of fundamental and cutting-edge research on national defense applications,cultivated a group of research teams which have various basic theories and out-standing scientific research capabilities.However,there are also some practical contradictions in the actual construction and operation,such as a lack of coordination in top-level design and imbalanced allocation of domain resources.This article comprehensively reviews the current situation of the con-struction about scientific research innovation platforms,deeply analyzes the requirements for platform system construction,proposes a three-level system architecture of the new combat force scientific re-search innovation platform system,and proposes measures and suggestions for the construction of high-quality and efficient systems.The article is designed to provide useful reference for military con-struction practices.关键词
