Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Methods 856 suspected patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to May 2023 were given coronary artery CT angiography and dynamic ECG.Taking nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease was compared.Results Nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging results showed that among 856 patients,526 cases were positive,and 330 cases were negative.The accuracy,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG were higher than those of coronary CT angiography or dynamic ECG(P＜0.05).Conclusions Coronary artery CT angiography combined with dynamic ECG has higher diagnostic efficacy for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease,which can provide more accurate basis for clinical treatment.关键词
