摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of different frequencies of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with drugs in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods 106 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases,5.0 Hz rTMS combined with drugs)and control group(53 cases,1.0 Hz rTMS combined with drugs).The efficacy,EEG indicators,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the EEG sharp wave number and sharp wave duration of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)and the Quality of Life in Epilepsy(QOLIE-31)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with 1.0 Hz rTMS,5.0 Hz rTMS combined with drugs has significant effect in the treatment of epilepsy,which can effectively improve patients'EEG,cognitive function and quality of life.关键词
