Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of transurethral flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)combined with MOSES laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 300 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transurethral FURL combined with Holmium laser,and the observation group was treated with transurethral FURL combined with MOSES laser.The operation status,renal function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,catheter indentation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After operation,the uric acid,creatinine and blood calcium levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.33％,lower than 6.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Transurethral FURL combined with MOSES laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi can shorten the operation time,improve the renal function of patients,reduce the postoperative complications,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.关键词
