柴胡桂枝汤治疗风痰瘀阻型颈性眩晕的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type.Methods 60 patients with cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,hemorheological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67％,higher than 80.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indicators and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67％,which had no statistical difference with 13.33％in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusions Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of patients with cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type,which can accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,regulate the blood circulation,and is safe and reliable.关键词
