活血通络解毒汤对血瘀蕴毒型子宫内膜异位症患者临床疗效及CA125、CRP水平的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction on the clinical efficacy and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA1 25)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type.Methods 120 patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with gestrinone capsules,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,CA125 and CRP levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00％,significantly higher than 80.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the CA125 and CRP levels of the two groups decreased,and the CA125 and CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the CA125 and CRP levels of patients with endometriosis of blood stasis and toxin accumulation type,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
