摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of sakubitril valsartan combined with metoprolol on myocardial injury markers and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 86 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into study group(43 cases,sakubitril valsartan+metoprolol)and control group(43 cases,irbesartan+metoprolol).The levels of myocardial injury markers,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum CK,LDH and BNP levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the LVESD of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Sakubitril valsartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can reduce myocardial injury,protect cardiac function,and not significantly increase adverse reactions.关键词
