Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine massage on cervical function and sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received traditional Chinese massage on the basis of the control group.The cervical mobility,quality of life,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical extension,rotation,and flexion of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment can improve the cervical mobility,sleep quality,and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
