摘要

Abstract

Optimal scheduling of mobile emergency resources has proved to be a booster of power system restoration ability and resilience.However,in existing studies,the carrier and the mounted functional module are"bundled"as one whole,leading to an underestimation of the performance of these resources.To bridge this gap,a component-separating scheduling method of mobile emergency resources is proposed,which is characterized by separating the carrier and the functional module into independent scheduled units.The mechanisms of"one carrying more"and"sharing carriers among resources"therefore spring up,making it possible to further tap the potential of mobile emergency resources and pursue better scheduling results.By analyzing the interactive behaviors among carriers,functional modules,and grids and introducing vital binary variables,the logical conditions to achieve component-separating scheduling are formulated as linear constraints.Then,for the post-disaster restoration case of power system,a mixed-integer linear programming model is built,involving the component-separating scheduling of mobile energy storage systems,mobile generators and repair resources,with the objective of maximizing energy supply to the demand while considering the cost of resources deployment.Numerical tests are finally conducted on IEEE test feeders and results show that the proposed model effectively realizes flexible collocation and cooperation among the carriers and functional modules.Besides,the advantage of component-separating scheduling method over other traditional ones and its scalability are verified.
