瑞马唑仑联合阿芬太尼在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者胃肠镜检查中的效果
Effect of remimazolam combined with alfentanil on anesthesia gastrointestinal endoscopy in obstructive sleep apnea

Abstract
AIM To explore the efficacy of remimazolam combined with alfentanil in patients with obstructive sleep apnea undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy.METHODS 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea who voluntarily underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in outpatient department were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group was treated with a combination of remimazolam and alfentanil in 28 patients.The control group was given a combination of propofol and alfentanil in 32 patients.The quality of anesthesia(hypoxemia,body movement,coughing,awareness rate during operation),quality of recovery(time of eye-opening,recovery time,stay time in the recovery room),operation time of gastrointestinal endoscopy,and adverse reactions(postoperative nausea and vomiting,dizziness,hypotension,injection pain)and other occurrences were compared between the 2 groups.RESULTS The success rate of sedation in both groups was 100％.The incidence of hypoxemia and injection pain in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the recovery time and stay time in the recovery room were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of physical activity,coughing,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,and hypotension between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION The application of the combination of remimazolam and alfentanil in patients with obstructive sleep apnea undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy is highly effective and safe.关键词
