Organ function protection strategies in severe postpartum hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Severe postpartum haemorrhage is one of the major maternal health challenges and can pose a direct threat to maternal life.How to reduce avoidable ma-ternal mortality and improve the overall quality of maternal life is the eternal pursuit of obstetrics.Severe postpartum hemorrhage can cause hypoperfusion of tissues and organs,micro circulation disorders,anaer-obic metabolism of tissues and cell damage,leading to multi-organ dysfunction,failure,and ultimately mor-tality.Precise evaluation of the patient's condition,coordination of a multidisciplinary treatment team,and the implementation of tailored interventions that pri-oritize the safeguarding of vital organs such as the heart,kidneys,liver,immune system,coagulation,et,can minimize the risk of complications and protect maternal short term and long term health.关键词
