小柴胡汤合止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with Zhisou Powder in the Treatment of Postinfectious Cough

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder in the treatment of postinfectious cough.Method:A total of 100 patients with postinfectious cough treated in Beijing Fengtai District Puhuangyu Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The reference group(n=50)was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group(n=50)was treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder on the basis of routine western medicine.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The integrations of cough symptom,clinical efficacy,blood indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result:The integrations of cough symptoms in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count(WBC),C reactive protein(CRP)levels after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 18.00%,compared with 14.00%in the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder can improve the clinical effect of postinfectious cough,relieve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions.关键词
