Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shidu Ointment combined with perianal closure with Methylthioninium Chloride on perianal lesion,pruritus and recrudescence in patients with chronic perianal eczema.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic perianal eczema diagnosed and treated in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40,treated with perianal closure with Methylthioninium Chloride)and observation group(n=40,treated with Shidu Ointment combined with perianal closure with Methylthioninium Chloride)by random drawing method.The clinical efficacy,the degree of perianal lesion and pruritus,inflammatory factors,quality of life and recurrence rate were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 90.0%and 72.5%,respectively,compared with the control group,that in the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the eczema area and severity index scores and visual analogue scale scores of both groups decreased significantly,compared with the scores of the control group[(3.79±1.18),(3.32±0.94)scores],the scores of the observation group[(2.61±0.79),(2.72±0.75)scores]were significantly lower(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups decreased significantly,and IL-10 levels increased significantly,compared with the control group[(38.40±6.12),(43.47±5.37)and(3.63±0.72)ng/L],the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α[(29.39±5.24),(32.17±5.12)ng/L]in the observation group were significantly lower,and the level of IL-10[(4.47±0.56)ng/L]in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the dermatology life quality index scores in both groups decreased significantly,and the scores of the observation group[(8.34±1.44),(5.21±0.92)scores]were significantly lower than(10.08±2.05),(7.35±1.16)scores of the control group(P<0.05).Among the cured patients in the observation group,2 cases recurred,the recurrence rate was 18.18%,and in the control group,2 cases recurred,the recurrence rate was 28.57%.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shidu Ointment combined with perianal closure with Methylthioninium Chloride in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema has a good effect,and can effectively reduce perianal lesion and pruritus degree and inflammatory reaction,promote the healing of the affected area,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
