支气管动脉栓塞治疗咯血复发的研究进展
Research Progress of Recurrence of Hemoptysis after Bronchial Artery Embolization
摘要
Abstract
Hemoptysis,as a potential life threatening medical emergency,is dangerous and has a high mortality rate.At present,bronchial artery embolization(BAE)is considered to be the first choice for clinical treatment of hemoptysis,especially in emergencies,because of its advantages of safety,effectiveness and rapidity.However,the recurrence of hemoptysis is still an unavoidable problem after BAE treatment.This study reviews the current situation,influencing factors and intervention measures of hemoptysis recurrence in hemoptysis patients after BAE treatment,in order to provide reference for reducing the recurrence rate of hemoptysis and improving the prognosis of patients,and so as to improve their quality of life.关键词
